Service Delivery Project Manager

Working across a number of key service management initiatives for the remainder of 2012 the Service Delivery Project Manager will be responsible for continuing the road map for ISO2000. Drawing on in depth prior Service Delivery experience, the project manager will be responsible for the delivery of a paperless office, service catalogue, service desk transformation, 2013 budgetary preparation and the creation of a service management model.

Responsibilities of the position:

  • Delivery of a Service Catalogue/Paperless Office
  • Upgrade to VMware V9.1
  • Knowledge Management
  • Service Desk Transformation
  • The delivery of service level management across OLA and SLA
  • Preparation of the 2013 budget and pipeline
  • Design and transition of services

Skills and experience required for the role:

  • Demonstrated in depth IT Project management experience across ITIL and ISO2000 SM initiatives
  • Prior experience leading ITIL SM improvements, and integration of new processes.
  • Proven experience working in large scale teams
  • Proven experience across the successful delivery of application and infrastructure projects.
  • ITIL and Prince 2 certification
  • Excellent communication skills across written and verbal
  • Prior experience working within the education sector would be highly regarded.
