One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for two SharePoint Administrators.

Skills and experience:
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Good exposure towards implementing enterprise collaboration platform, ( for large enterprises - 1 year minimum)
- Good experience as administrator of an enterprise (collaboration) platform ( 4+ years)
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint and preferably has the MCTS: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server
- Knowledge must include SharePoint Infrastructure architectural design, management and troubleshooting with a focus on planning, deploying and supporting enterprise SharePoint implementations.
- In depth experience with Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, and/or Business Intelligence.
- Experience configuring and working with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and SQL Server 2005 is required.
- Ability to load balance and cluster the Front End production SP ervers
- Experience with server installation, performance tuning is not required but valued.

- Advice on security
- Documentation
- o Detail design
- o Installation and operational procedures
- Ability to maintain several SharePoint environments
- Define and/or Implemented DRP
- Collaborate with and Coach L2 team members
- Problem management Lead - for existing issues on performance, capacity etc.
Strong knowledge of:
o IIS Manager and IIS 6/7 architecture
o Server Manager and its functionality
o Active Directory (including LDAP queries)
o DNS
o SMTP
o Network Load Balancing (NLB)
o Network and Security Principles
o Windows Firewall
o Event Viewer and Performance Monitor
o Power Shell Scripting
Ability to read ASP, .ASP, .Net, C#, Java, and VB Code
Analyze SharePoint, server, application, network, and input/output device performance
Proficiency using SharePoint Designer
Experience installing SharePoint and deploying custom SharePoint solutions (webparts, sites, features)
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to resolve highly complex software design issues and create new software for one or more products
- Good leadership skills to mentor, oversee, and lead team members
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with senior customers, project managers, management, and team members
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and senior support personnel
- Ability to synthesize broad and narrow concepts of high complexity and use them to meet company objectives
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is an English speaking role. French or Dutch would be nice to have.
