As the main focal point for Quality & Continuous Improvement Management of the Business Unit, you will have Overall responsibility for quality assurance; quality control and continuous improvement programs/tools .You are the point of Reference for all quality and continuous improvement tools and requirements. You have to assure the quality rules are respected, recommend ways to improve efficiency, reduce cost or increase customer satisfaction and manage continuous improvement on technical projects with project management.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer relationship: analyse customer quality requirement, manage meetings, Ensure and measure Customer Satisfaction, answer to customer claim, and support the audit.
Project quality: in charge of Management system, define quality/cost/deadline indicators, define visual Management, analyse of the indicator QCD, in charge of internal audit, and propose corrective action.
Suggestions of employees: reception, manage actions, promote best ideas in the business unit.
5S: manage and follow activity and in charge of internal audits.
Lean-Sigma Projects: manage actions of performance improvement on the centre of competences
Profile
A bachelor's degree, initial Professional experience in engineering Quality & Continuous Improvement activity. Experience in Project management and quality & Continuous Improvement tools, experience on Back Office Tools and Visual Basic. Fluent in English and have excellent verbal and communication skills.
