Reporting to the recently appointed Trust HR & OD Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following remit:

-Roll out and promoting E-learning throughout all Trust departments
-Provide accurate advice and guidance to Line Managers on all E-learning modules
-Draft best practice use guides for Line Managers and Employees
-Work closely with HR Business Partners to raise awareness throughout the Trust
-Work closely with ICT to ensure system is working effectively and identify any process challenges
-Demonstrate compliance with all E-learning modules through effective reporting
-Ensure all current and new modules are loaded effectively into the NLMS portal
-Attend Trust and Focus group meetings in relation to E-learning
-Maintain a Trust wide E-learning library

To be considered for this appointment, you will be an emerging Learning & Development professional and be able to demonstrate the following:

-Recent NHS experience
-Knowledge of the Oracle/ESR database
-Experience of using NLMS or similar E-learning system
-Experience gained within a Learning & Development function
