Description
Our client, a large global organisation, is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to work on their community/charity programme.
The purpose of this role is to drive external and internal engagement of the programme, Including shaping the marketing plan, owning the project plan, and delivering all elements of the activation on time and on budget - this role provides the end-to-end opportunity to take ownership for programme delivery and its success.
Tasks will include:
- Overall project management owner' of project and marketing plan ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to KPIs
- Delivery of the communications strategy and communications plan to support the project across all key channels (Digital & Social Media, PR, Retail, Internal and Events)
- Developing and maintaining excellent relations and timely communication flow -the role requires a high degree of senior stakeholder influence and engagement
Required Experience
- Marketing manager with experience from the charity/non-profit sector
- Self-starter with strong project management skills
- Excellent track record of delivering and implementing results focused communications strategies and integrated marketing plans (B2C)
- Ability to understand the role of digital and competent in digital space to develop digital strategy
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to make a difference
- Ability to inspire and influence senior stakeholders
- Budget management experience
- Third sector experience and charity law advantageous but not essential
- Strong IT background
