Description
Experienced and capable Solution Architect with a sound understanding of Service Oriented Architecture to design the key elements for a key programme to provide new customer functionality including mobile access for a major asset finance company. Great environment with a first class management team. You will have several years of experience in putting together Oracle based solutions, preferably in a Financial Services environment, and a good understanding of Middleware and SOA.
- Able to challenge stakeholders creatively and professionally to create solutions which meet all of the above criteria but which are not necessarily obvious
- Functional Analysis
- Will create, with guidance from more senior architects, high level technology solutions/designs to meet business requirements.
- Working with Project Managers, other Architects, and product SMEs - responsible for ensuring that the outcomes delivered by projects are consistent with the original solution/plan.
- Support the development of systems strategy and plan for the supported business area. Provide ad-hoc consultancy as required to the business on technical matters.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to clearly relay complex technical issues to a non-technical audience
- Proven experience in systems of technical design for all or significant components of business critical applications.
