Job role will be working on the logging desks, so a request will come through for a contractor, you will then be logging this into excel and from there via your scheduling tools you will be dealing with schedulers as to see whether they have anyone available and then go back to the requester to let them know the outcome. Candidates must come from a scheduling or strong administration background with experience of meeting deadlines and working in a busy atmosphere.
Need basic excel spreadsheet skills
A key skill is to be very customer friendly - people skills
Internal customer facing - meaning dealing with different people onsite
