SAP HCM Senior Project Manager with German and Dutch - Antwerp
Square One Resources require a SAP HCM Senior Project Manager With Dutch And German with at least 5 years of Project management in SAP HCM and SAP HR Payroll knowledge
Duties and responsibilities
Implementation of HR payroll and HR services to an external outsourced company the scope of the project: HR payroll and HR services in Switzerland
Primary Tasks and responsibilities
Managing the PMO team, responsible for planning and SDLC deliverables, Steering Committee meetings
Technical profile requirements
PM training
High level functional knowledge of SAP HR modules
Non-Technical profile requirements
Accepts personal responsibility for client satisfaction
Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements and understanding customer needs
Quick learner, motivated self-starter, able to work independently
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
Able to follow change management procedures and internal guidelines
Presentation and communication skills
Methodology/Certification requirements
Master and/or Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry or Bioinformatics OR equivalent through experience. PM expertise at senior level is key
Additional certification is a plus
Languages
English, German is essential, Dutch is a bonus.
The Project is based in Belgium with travel required to Switzerland.
