We are looking for a Middleware MQ Administrator, for a Long Term Contract role based at Dublin, Ireland. The following are the details;
Role: Middleware MQ Administrator
Duration: 18 Months
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Job Description
- The primary role will be to provide MQ Series production support
- Support for Middleware applications which connect to a range of production/test
- Development systems within the Application Delivery Support team.
Mandatory Skills
- Experience of supporting MQ Series in a AIX production, development and testing environment
- Experience in upgrading/patching MQ Series to maintain IBM support Matrix
- Experience of MQ security for implementation and maintenance, and MQ clustering, event monitoring and providing DR solutions
- Setting up and supporting Server/client installs
- Awareness of other WebSphere MQ products ideally
