Right now we are looking for a Senior Technical Support resource.

OVERVIEW:

  • Manage desktop and laptop images according to requirements provided by vendor Project Manager
  • Manage day-to-day setup/repair of PC's and equipment (ie printers)
  • Assist in troubleshooting of network connection and client issues
  • Provide support to executive offices
  • Perform software and OS troubleshooting (ie WebEx, video conferencing)
  • Provide onsite support for office moves and equipment relocation
  • Provide support for Customer's sales force:
  • Responsible for Sales Force desktop support
  • Oversees purchasing of new PC hardware and rollouts
  • Responsible for WebEx support and internal video conference services
