ITIL Consultant - Major Blue Chip - NetherlandsITIL Consultant who has hands on experience with ITIL process implementation and associated change management at all levels. in more than one international organization.
The hired resource will primarily be responsible for:
I) Facilitate rollout of standard ITIL processes such as release, change, request, incident, problem:
Detailing standards into operational procedures Train staff Coach staff
Project manage specific improvement projects such as: Roll out standards (release, change, request)
Service catalogues License management
III) Act as process focal point feeding back to process owners in new initiatives
Skills required Technical:
ITIL certification Trainers and qualified practitioners for ITIL processes (preference, release, change, request, transition to support). Working experience on ITSM tool such as IBM Tivoli, Clarify, BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager, Peregrine Service Center etc. and more than one CMDB tool such as HP Asset Manager, Peregrine Asset center.
University degree Non-Technical:
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication, verbal and written skills (in English)
Ability to work in fast paced, high pressure environment.
Work Experience:
More than 5 years of hands on ITIL tool and process experience required.
Project or department description:
Engineering Smart Delivery Vertical is comprised of 6 other business units - engineering platform and products, supply chain optimization, process control, smart platform and products, Real Time upstream and Real Time downstream.
This role would roll out ITIL processes across all of these groups.
We are only at the start of recognizing the ITIL potential and require somebody good in change management skills to help us go through this journey.
Duration of Assignment (incl preferred end date) 1 year till 30 June 2013
