Instructional Designer
Proven experience in designing training materials to be delivered to various call center roles (sales, service, escalations) as well as designing content for the travel industry/
Knowledge of one of following GDSs: Sabre, Amadeus or Worldspan/Excellent instructional design capabilities for both instructor-led and web-based training/
Experience in adult learning and instructional design theory including how to conduct needs analysis and evaluation/
Ability to build and manage multiple partnerships and relationships/Experience in analysing the results from discovery sessions and need analysis to identify the root causes of the performance opportunities/Demonstrated writing proficiency/
Ability to learn multiple systems and processes quickly with little direction/
Must have strong organization skills and project management/Exceptional verbal and written communications skills are needed in order to communicate with clients and students, as well as internal and external organizations/
Prefer fluency in French, Spanish or German/
Prefer Advanced degree in Instructional Technology, Instruction Design or Performance Technology a plus
This is a global role. The designer will have to have flexibility in the work hours worked during a day. Will be working with various time zones in EMEA and NA and schedule will need to be adjusted accordingly.
