OVERVIEW:

  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs desktops, laptop, printers and computer peripherals
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems
  • Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups
  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Works under general supervision
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 - 4 years of experience in a field service position or in a related area required
  • CompTIA A+ REQUIRED for consideration
  • Manufacture certification on desktop, laptop, printers, POS and Servers needed
  • CompTIA Network+ and Server+ preferred
  • Familiarity with laptop, desktop, and printers hardware, troubleshooting, and repair REQUIRED
  • Strong communication skills
  • Superior administration skills
  • Positive attitude a must
  • Will be travelling 25 to 50 in own vehicle per day
