Finance project Manager
we currently have the need for a Finance Project manager who will be required to manage the finance & MI workstream to ensure programme changes affecting Finance areas are reflected in BAU operations, and to monitor the impact of the programme on regional sales performance.
- Design performance monitoring processes and reports
- Monitor performance of regions during and post implementation
- Produce ad hoc MI as required
- Liaise with CB Finance to ensure the Sales Opportunity model reflects changes due to Convenient Branches
- Ensure changes are made to job codes, targets and incentives where necessary
- Presentation of results to senior stakeholders eg via Steering Committee or Executive Steering Group
Experience and skills
- A Qualified Accountant would be a large advantagehowever not essential.
- Broad financial skill set covering business case preparation & monitoring, reporting, cost accounting and analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to respond to issues quickly and effectively
