SAP Application/Support Manager: We are currently looking to source an experienced SAP Manager for a new contract opportunity in Sydney. The primary purpose of the role will involve implementing and maintaining support processes and services for the Business Solution and ensure consistent delivery of these services. You will be expected to identify opportunities to improve service to customers and reduce costs undertaking improvements to process design and delivery.

Key Tasks

  • Manage the SAP business Solution support team.
  • Work closely with key business Stakeholders and translate business requirements into a high-level design specifications
  • Recruitment of specialist SAP resources
  • Management of critical and high priority issues affecting the business, including customer engagement and critical incident management.
  • Identify Continuous Improvement Opportunities for support delivery and operations, based on feedback from team and observations of process and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP Management background (8 years +) within a support or project environment and possess strong business process management skills. You will need Strong conceptual abilities coupled with a strong knowledge of both the organisation's business requirements and enterprise architecture.
