Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic person who is passionate about all things web and new technology. You'll be exposed to challenges that typically involve translating creative visions into beautiful implementations and to work closely with a highly skilled team to produce the best solutions possible. You will need to be confident taking design concepts through to delivery and fruition.
*Experience of GIT and WCAG 2 is ESSENTIAL for this position*
Candidates require a strong understanding of XHTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery, Photoshop, AJAX and GIT. Experience with HTML5/CSS3 will be needed and experience with Django would also be beneficial.

Essential Knowledge & Skills
* Expert and hands on knowledge of HTML, XHTML with a passion for semantics Expert CSS and knowledge of CSS3
* Advanced JavaScript skills and strong working knowledge of JQuery
* A good level of understanding of GIT (ESSENTIAL)
* Exposure to HTML5
* Evidenced working knowledge of WCAG 2 and ability to assess sites against it (ESSENTIAL)
* A passion for problem solving
* Documentation writing skills
* Task management
* Excellent communication skills
* A strong portfolio of sites developed by you demonstrating the breadth of your skills
*Experience of GIT and WCAG 2 is ESSENTIAL for this position*
Desirable Knowledge & Skills
* Photoshop skills
* Django knowledge would be useful
* Senior role experience or evidence of contractor supervision
* Knowledge of site performance and optimisation
* Mobile web development including responsive design
