Telecoms Billing/CRM Infrastructure Integration Programme Manager
Senior individual is required to take on this high profile position within a global mobile telecommunications organisation based in Dublin.
Integration to stringent timelines and budget of new enterprise scale Billing/CRM server/operating system, storage/backup and network infrastructure, which may be delivered, operated or supported by 3rd party vendors. Acting as an Integrator you will manage the vendors and their agreed deliveries.
You will lead and manage the infrastructure design, base application, implementation, Q/A and warranty support work streams as well as project control functions such as cost and change management.
Responsibilities:
- 3rd party supplier management
Key/main milestone definition
- Creation and maintenance of an end-to-end activity and milestone plan
- Identification and clear ownership assignment of all activity & milestones
- High level implementation document production
- Create and maintain an end-to-end risk, issue and dependency log
- Report to peers and senior management on main milestones on weekly bases
- Define actions to mitigate the risks and track them
- Create and agree an acceptation test & handover plan
- Working closely with Design and scope & Change management
- Run and document the acceptation test together with implementation
Defect management
- Collect and document all requirements coming from the Application or the infrastructure services
- Check all requirements and initiate a change request
- Analyse and calculate opportunities
- Prepare decision slides
- Initiate change requests
- Control all spends and report on actuals
Experience:
You must have several years programme/project management and of managing the integration of large scale telecoms Billing/CRM infrastructure. Knowledge of Oracle based Billing/CRM solutions would be advantageous in a telecoms environment.
