Job Title: Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst - 6 month contract

The Role: The Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst will provide operational and analytical support to the Reward team in relation to Compensation and Benefits for employees across the organisation.
Core Tasks:
- Prepare salary budget submissions and scenario/cost modelling
- Prepare and communicate on the Annual Incentive Plans (bonuses)
- Undertake bespoke executive surveys and benchmarking for Executive Vice President and Vice President level
- Undertaking vital data provisioning and initial analysis for the board
- Focus on projects surrounding recognition, M&A, equal/low pay
- Manage the long-term incentives and share plans
- Draft executive contracts for review
- Undertake ad-hoc projects for the senior management teams and Performance & Reward (Comp & Bens) Director
- Focus will also surround UK Pension Contributions, the Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst will calculate monthly pension contributions and ensure compliance with scheme rules, legislation and employee's selections in Colt Choice
- Undertake Pension and Benefits Survey Submissions
- Provide focus and guidance surrounding Colt Choice/UK Flexible Benefits by checking calculations, system amendments, benefit wording and present at UK benefits fair
- Support the introduction of a new flexible benefits plan in Spain and lead communications surrounding this key initiative
- Prepare company and Trustee benefit and pension communications
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience within Compensation and Benefits/Performance and Reward
- Previous experience of Pension and Benefits management
- Demonstrate experience of working for a European and/or International organisation (midsize organisation)
- Strong analytical skills are essential and must be complimented by strong Excel experience and knowledge (pivot tables, vlookups, mass data handling)
- Previous experience of Database management
- Direct experience of working within the Technology/Telco/IT industry is advantageous
- Demonstrate proficiency in using PowerPoint and communicate fluently when presenting to a variety of customers on complex and technical subjects
- Previous experience of supporting teams across different countries, building and developing relationships is key
- Able to follow established procedures and provide a consultative service
- Able to work on own initiative, understanding the importance of team work and how their decisions and work impacts on others
