Data Management & Reporting Officer

Description of the activities to perform:
Management of Data (a.o extraction/caption of data from source applications, transformation in the required referential, creation of input sheets, load of data)
- Creation, production and delivery of monthly reporting and management information to our internal clients with the quality and timelines desired
- Maintenance and update of referentials, mapping used (Chart of Account, Organisational Structure, etc.)
- Participation to the Budget/Forecast Process
- Controls and Reconciliations with other systems to ensure quality of data
- Documentation of procedures, process
- Maintenance, update and improvement of the tools, procedures and process used/executed by the team
- Proposal and implementation of changes to improve our tools, procedures and process
- Automation of procedures
- Training, guidance and user support on the MIS tool and Bristol report (Excel Add-In) to our internal clients
- Preparation of the training material
- Testing related to the Project
- Participation to small projects
- Participation to other required tasks in relation to his/her qualification and knowledge
Profile:
- Prefered education: informatics, finance
- Experience: minimum 3 years
- Business knowledge: reporting, data management, finance (ideally banking)
- Technical knowledge: reporting applications, MS Access, Excel Advanced, VBA, Powerpoint, Word
- Languages: Good knowledge of French, English and Dutch.
