Harvey Nash has an excellent contract opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join Dublin based team which deliverables have a direct success on strategic programs of the company.
Our client specialises in financial solutions, private banking and transaction services on a global scale.
Term: 6 months +++/Permanency
Location: Dublin city centre
Daily rate: /Negotiable
Immediate Project: Transition of Commercial Banking customer accounts to the core banking system used by the corporate bank.
The role:
The Project Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and translating the key requirements from business stakeholders to the technical delivery team throughout the project life cycle. Scope out and plan deliverables that meet an initial business case. This role includes partnering with the business teams and the technical delivery team to facilitate communications, define scope, document requirements, deliver functional specifications and deliver system test plans.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience supporting large scale complex projects in a software development context
Prior experience with UML
Ability to understand business process and gather requirements
Excellent documentation and communication skills/ability to present complex data
Relationship management, analytical and problem solving abilities
Desired
Project Management/Business Analyst accreditation, ie PMI, Prince, CBAP, etc.
Knowledge of full SDLC or prior development experience
