The reports/applications developer will work in a fast paced environment to develop reports and dashboards for the PMO using a variety of technologies including MS Access, MS Excel, Business Objects Xi, and Crystal Reports. The Incumbent must be an exceptional data analyst and report developer/writer, capable of translating business requirements into high quality PMO reports and dashboards using various technologies, including Business Objects software and MS Access. The reports/applications developer will also be responsible for maintaining/enhancing the departments project database in MS Access.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

The Incumbent will conduct research on financial, operational, and project data to support strategic and Business/IT planning within the Revenue Cycle Program and present findings to RC Leadership. The reports/applications developer will assist in the development of the business infrastructure strategy based on user requirements and following Business Objects (BO) best practices in alignment with IT department standards.
Develop and generate monthly and quarterly program/project and financial-based dashboards and reports.
Create weekly exception reports on program/project data.
Design and develop reports for executive level presentation.
Enhance current reporting deliverables.
Develop system documentation on all critical databases and PMO end products.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree preferred primarily in the areas of Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Project Management,

An Associate's Degree is the minimum requirement.

10+ years Microsoft Access Database development
5+ years Business Objects Xi Universes
5+ years of interpreting business requirements, designing reports, testing, and implementing analytic reports and dashboards
2+ years with the Clarity PPM 12.0 Data Model
10+ years with MS Access and MS Excel
Understanding of PMO function and general project management concepts 
Health care experience is preferred.
