Our client is looking for a very experienced Test Program Manager to be based in Dublin with a large Telco client
We require a very experienced Programme Test Manager to lead our major technology change programme - our Billing System Replacement programme.
Replacing an established Billing System at a large enterprise is about as complex a technology programme as you can take on. Our billing system has interfaces across our technology landscape, it is the repository for our main customer databases, and any problems with the implementation are very visible and likely to be customer impacting.
The successful candidate will need to bring a great deal of experience in leading testing spanning similar major programmes. They will have either been a Head of Test or Programme Test Manager previously. They will be familiar creating and implementing team structure, roles and responsibilities, and full project plan for a test project of this scale and ensuring it is implemented successfully. They will be used to working with very senior programme staff - to Programme Director level.
The project will centre on Dublin, but involves a major overseas vendor with an offshore delivery centre, as well as offshore staff augmenting the test team. As such, experience managing quality of delivery from an external vendor as well as having worked with remote teams are important characteristics.
