SAP Process Engineer, 6 months, Middlesex
We are looking for an experienced SAP Process Engineer for an initial 6 month contract working in Middlesex.
You will have the following experience and knowledge required:
An undergraduate degree and/or relevant financial and/or business professional qualification (eg mainstream UK or US accounting qualification, MBA etc.).
Detailed knowledge and experience of {Controlling & Profit-Center Accounting} processes, functionality and configuration in SAP v4.7, ECC5 and ECC6. Basic understanding of Business Datawarehouse (BW) functionality and reporting capabilities would be useful.
Excellent general financial acumen, including a sound understanding of financial and accounting concepts, together with the ability to assimilate practical changes driven by legislative changes and business evolution.
Knowledge and understanding of SAP deployment projects, obtained through practical participation in a minimum of three project life cycles. (Oil and Gas experience an advantage).
The ability to explain issues and convey proposed solutions clearly and concisely to different audiences, including project team personnel and the full spectrum of financial system stakeholders in many countries.
Flexibility and adaptability; GFP Process team members are required to participate in a wide range of financial system-related activities, ranging from large-scale deployment projects to smaller, targeted initiatives for improvement of the already-installed systems.
