SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical skills
* Deep knowledge of Solution Manager 7.1 applicative part.
* eCATT, Business Process Repository knowledge
* Knowledge of the change management tool, CHARM
* Technical knowledge of GRC is a +

* Initiative and autonomy
* Team spirit and ability to work in project organization mode
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work in a global environment with multicultural and multilingual aspects
* Fluent in English both writing and speaking
Mission
* Manage Solution Manager : Expand its use to better serve the needs of the business.
* Deploy corrections and enhancement pack, propose the deployment of new solutions such as Business Process Monitoring or Automatic Testing or any other functionality of interest
* Contribution to retain internal knowledge : writing technical documentation, sharing experience with the team
* Work closely with US team to identify synergistic opportunities and share experience
* Regular Reporting to the Domain or Activity Leader
DELIVERABLES
* Periodic progress report to Domain or Activity Leader
* Project reporting to Project Management Office
* Presentations given to the team
* Technical documentation and procedures
