CompuCom is the leading IT outsourcing company seeking a Support Coordinator/Admin to provide administrative support to the Microsoft Sales and Delivery teams.
LEVEL OVERVIEW
- Two years' relevant experience providing administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and aptitude for reporting and learning new tools
- Good problem solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and good follow through
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Ability to receive initial direction and then work independently
- BA or BS Degree or equivalent professional experience
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Purchase Order and Statement of Work Renewals
- Track and follow up on PO expirations and SOW renewals
- Clarification of invoicing questions or issues with Account Management, Project Management, Finance and customer
- Support the development of SOW's by PM's and AM's
- Facilitation of on-boarding activities such as associate entry into customer systems
2. RFP System Management
- Responsibility for monitoring an online customer RFP system
- Communication of RFP's and RFI's to rest of organization
- Managing communication with customer within the on-line system
- Supporting response deadlines for RFP's and RFI's
- Managing and completing in a timely fashion the submission of RFP and RFI responses
- Providing coordination support to Marketing in the development of responses to RFP's and RFI's.
3. Project Management Admin Support
- Follow up on equipment needs for associates with IT
- Contact point for software and equipment needs of associates
- Management of weekly OT reporting from Project Managers
- Management of customer Vendor Charge Back reporting and issue resolution
4. General administrative support of MS Sales and Delivery teams
