Leading bank requires an Operational Colleague Engagement (CE) specialist to deliver and maintain a Colleague Engagement Framework. Essentially ensuring colleague views are analysed, transformed into track-able and measurable, operational activities across the business area, based out of Manchester of Halifax (West Yorkshire). The contractor will be expected to initiate, deliver and manage the Engagement plan, liaise with key stakeholders and Colleague Engagement reps, support, report, research and work closely with Capability Team to ensure alignment.
