Description
Context
The principal mission can be summarised by: 'Validate, install, operate and recover business applications within agreed service levels'. Within service I&O/Operations/Applications Services/Local assets he/she will support in an autonomous way the differents business assets (accounts,referentials,tarifications,credits) and projects (Mainframe, Windows, Aix); of their phase of design until their setting in production while taking an active part in the various phases of industrialization in order to guarantee the documentation, exploitability, the performance and the robustness of the applications. He/she will participate in incident/change/problem management (ITIL).
Objectives
To ensure the support of production of the applications, to industrialize the applications.
To be responsible for functional coordination of the assets assigned to him/her in her/his team .
To participate in the incident/change(deployment)/problem processes
