Mansion House Consulting are a highly successful and rapidly expanding Technology and Business Transformation Consultancy specialising in the Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Asset/Fund Management and Wealth Management sectors. We currently have offices in London, New York, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Singapore.
We urgently seek a Senior Project Manager to be based in Singapore who has experience of working in Banking/Data Centre environments. The Project Manager will work with application teams to review the physical server inventory hosted in the APAC region with a view to decommissioning, virtualising or transforming it to smaller, more efficient physical footprint. This is a client facing role in an Investment Bank; so you must have strong Communication skills, analytical mind-set and be proactive in finding problems, defining and implementing solutions for them.
The successful Consultant must be able to demonstrate experience of:
Previous experience working as an Infrastructure PM in a Banking environment preferable
Experience with some or all of the following technologies: Solaris, Windows, SLES, Oracle (hardware and database), HP, EMC SAN, vmWare virtualisation
Ability to track multiple infrastructure related projects and liaise with a diverse set of actors within the infrastructure environment
Confident, pragmatic with a tenacious work ethic
Appreciation of network terminology and protocols
Appreciation of Front Office applications is desirable
