C++, UNIX, Linux, Redhat, SQL, Python and J2EE/JSF - my international financial client is looking for an experienced C++ developer to join a strategic risk management project. You should have excellent C++ programming skills are expected as well as knowledge of Python and J2EE/JSF. Development and Scripting will be undertaken on Linux and UNIX Redhat systems. Critical thinking skills are required as well as the ability to indentify problems and propose solutions. Experience with Perl development and knowledge in configuration management/versioning tools would be advantageous. A background in financial markets, derivatives or cash trading will be needed. Good communication and analytical skills are essential as well as good command of English.
