My client, a local authority in London is looking to engage and interim consultant to act as a Quality Assurance Panel Advisor to support them through a period of improvement and change. This is a varied and interesting role offering a strategic opportunity to individuals who have operated at management level within Adoption and Fostering.
The role will include the following responsibilities:
QA panel advisor to the adoption and fostering service
File audits for the panel
Inspection based work - case file audits
Managing the service' s QA system
The ideal person for this role will have significant knowledge of adoption and fostering with a particular focus on adoption, including recent change in legislation. You will have an understanding of quality assurance and experience of audit.
By regulation the interim in this post must have
5 years post qualifying experience
Operated at management level within children's services
Significant knowledge of adoption
