As a trusted recruitment partner of 9 years to this prestigious organisation, we have been asked to identify an executive level individual with credibility in significant operational change within a treasury function.
Based out of either London or Paris you will play a key role in harmonising the function across locations (which includes the US) and move to exception based processing in pursuit of efficiency, scalability and innovation in service provision. This initiative requires changes in people, process and technology and the Treasury Operations leadership team require an Operations Change specialist to help re-engineer their department globally to align to and adopt the target operating model.
Responsibilities
Verification of the target operating model against the process design work that is currently underway. Own and deliver UAT to the highest standards against this target model.
Delivery of an organisation design that will implement the target operating model globally including definitions of roles and responsibilities, sizing and location strategy. This should be supported by appropriate analysis to justify the target footprint.
Delivery of specifications for the Treasury Operations team functions through the means of processes, procedures and policies.
Effectively escalate issues internally to senior management and stakeholder community while managing internal/external expectations around resolution, taking decisive action as appropriate to ensure timely resolution of issues
-Proactively Join the core initiative delivery team and act as the representative of the Treasury Operations leadership team in both delivery and delivery assurance capacities.
Act as the single point of contact for the programme for the delivery of Treasury Operations requirements, resources and issue resolutions.
Required skills and experience
Excellent communication skills including influencing, negotiation and fluency in English and French.
Willingness to travel on a regular basis between London and Paris.
Track record of successful design and organisation design in an Operations environment with geographic diversity.
Senior experience leading and delivering change in an Operations environment.
Self-starting, detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task with strong analytical skills
