Green Light is a services and project-partnership organisation and helps some of the largest companies in the world achieve their objectives by providing exceptional technical consultants to complex & specialist projects.

Due to recently securing a long-term engagement Green Light requires the services of a strong, proven Business Analyst with a background of delivering high-impact government projects and high-quality documentation & recommendations to large government departments.

Senior Business Analyst, key deliverables/requirements:
Support Services Management Plan:

• Develop a Support Services Management Plan, a top-level plan that describes individual Support Services plans and processes, and how they fit together.
• Present an overview of the arrangements for control, management, and monitoring of Support Services consistent with the requirements of the customer.

Deliver a Training Recommendations Report:

• Develop a Training Recommendations Report to define the types and quantities of Training required to satisfy the operational and support requirements.
• Makes recommendations on staff training needs, including skill levels and job classifications to meet operational and contract requirements.
• Assess training options and present rationale for the recommended Training solution
• Detail the roles for which Training will be required.
