Description
An exciting opportunity is currently available in Stockholm for an English speaking Data Manager. This position is located in an EU institution through an IT Service Provider.The successful applicant will amongst other tasks support data collection, validation and quality management. They will also transform historical data to the client's internal format and provide support to external users.
Specific requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of TSQL
- Experience of data handling using SQL
- Practical and theoretical experience of data management, preferably in the field of epidemiology and/or public health
- Experience and knowledge of STATA
- Experience in data quality assurance, including manual/automated validation of data
- Experience in handling large, complex data sets, preferably public health related
- Experience with external user support through helpdesk is beneficial
Language requirements:
- Good English (good oral and written communication skills)
This position is a short term contract (initial contract 90 days) but extensions are likely.
