Description
We are looking for our client, a financial institution located in Prague, for 5 external support with skills and abilities as stated below:The project is built using C++, running on Linux RedHat. As a database Oracle 11G is used. The development team for this project is located in Luxembourg and Prague. We are looking for skilled and motivated software developers to join the Prague part of the project. Over the next months we will be looking for 5 developers.
You will take part in all phases of the development projects:
You will participate to the definition of functional specifications.
Design corresponding functional and technical solutions.
Implement software components (development and unit tests).
Support testers during acceptance tests.
Mandatory skills and experience:
University degree in Information Technology, natural sciences, engineering or economics.
Technical skills in one or more of the following domains are a valuable asset:
5 or more years of experience in the C++ development;
Experience with SQL/relational databases, especially Oracle;
Good knowledge of the Operating System UNIX/Linux RedHat;
Good communication and analytical skills;
Fluent in English is a must.
Other skills:
Additional skills in one or more of the following areas will be of advantage:
Experience with Perl;
Experience with J2EE/JSF;
Experience in large software development projects;
Experience in configuration management/versioning tools;
Knowledge of the financial or banking business.
