Project description:
Global SAP Deployment for Chinese Electronics firm with Go Live April 1st 2013. As part of the European Deployment, first a Local Fit/Gap will be done for 18 countries, after that Realization Phase where training and testing material needs to be delivered, Final Prep and Go Live.
SAP FI team lead in charge of Local Fit Gap (Legals and Fiscals)
Traveling to European countries for Local/Fit Gap assessment for Switzerland, Austria, Germany,
Scandinavia, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain. Fit/Gap Leader
Finance role:
- Prepare, drive and coordinate fit/gap workshops for each cluster of countries.
Ensure gaps are properly documented and solutions developed.
- Promote Integration across the functional teams for demonstration of template system and gap resolution.
- Drive the definition of Functional Specifications.
- Liaise with the client and the customer teams to achieve uniform integration amongst target
business processes.
- Drive the consolidation of gaps for each cluster of countries
