Description
Unix Systems Administrator with SPLUNKI have an opportunity available for a 3 - 6 month contract based on end client site for a UNIX Systems Administrator with SPLUNK experience. This role is based in Adelaide.
You will be based on client site and will take ownership of operational activities, ensuring that incidents are being responded to, and Standard Operating Procedures are being followed.
The role incorporates both proactive and reactive service operations.
- Strong knowledge of supporting Networks, Applications and Infrastructure Technologies
- A Background in incident, problem & change management.
- Proven experience in providing support for logging, investigation, monitoring, resolution and closure of incidents.
- Experience with monitoring tools - SPLUNK is a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A strong customer service focus
