Project Description:
Wireless Customer Lifecycle Marketing group has an opportunity for a strong relationship marketing professional to join our Planning & Platforms team in the role of Bill Marketing Contractor. The successful candidate will manage key parts of one of the nation's largest and most sophisticated customer life cycle management programs. This is a contract position available immediately for a term of up to 36 months.

Job Description:
Key Objective:
Coordinate planning and execution of bill insert, onsert and bill message campaigns to national audience of about 20 million wireless customers.

Specific duties and responsibilities:
-Own the bill marketing channel and coordinate planning and execution of multiple printed bill inserts, graphical Laser-printed onserts, and Laser-printed bill messages each month.
-Prioritize campaigns competing for scarce bill marketing channel resources.
-Determine optimum print quantity for each bill insert.
-Champion process improvement and capability development related to bill marketing.
-Facilitate the inclusion of marketing messaging in the hold music played for customers calling wireless customer care call centers.
-Manage other related projects in support of goals to provide best-in-class customer marketing.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree/Equivalent, 3-5 years related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

-The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM or direct marketing, and have a strong aptitude for program management. Experience may include agency or client-side work setting strategy for direct marketing campaigns to a large base of customers.
-3+ years direct marketing experience preferably in the wireless or high tech industry.
-Experience with bill insert marketing.
-Demonstrated strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills, especially as related to CRM campaign evaluation.
-Ability to manage highly technical projects.
-Possess outstanding computer skills and be proficient using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
-Data analysis and reporting experience helpful.
-Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
-Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent proofreading skills.
-Must be self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision in a highly matrixed organization.
-Ability to be a team member and promote a positive atmosphere through out the organization.
-MBA preferred.
