Ihre Aufgaben:
- Provide input into customers ICH to SNC upgrade processes
- Recommendation and development of corrections to ICH/SNC code.
- Recommendation and development of corrections to ICH/SNC performance issues.
- Provide recommendations to improve Ford's ICH to SNC upgrade processes.
- Assist in identification of problems with ICH to SNC upgrade code.
- Assist in resolving conflicts between Customer Add On.s, CDP code and SAP Service packs for ICH/SNC.
- Assist in integration testing and cutover issues as related to ICH to SNC upgrade.
- Functional Support of SNC related topics Knowledge transfer to Ford functional/development teams.
