CRM Business Analyst
My global Engineering client is looking for a Business Analyst to write detailed as is and to be documentation in preparation for a new CRM implementation.
You will be responsible for mapping and documenting the changes that need to be made to multiple parts of the business. This 3 month contract will demand time in the UK and USA, and you will be responsible for in depth analysis and documentation of the 'as is' and 'to be' plans. This project is the beginning of a larger project to implement a new ERP and CRM and so the documentation produced at the end of it must be of the highest quality.
While the majority of the role will be Bristol based the role will require 2 trips of 1 week to the U.S.A. and some travel to another location in the South East of England.
The key objectives are:
To compare and contrast the US and British part of the business
o Working with users to define application enhancement requirements
o Analysing and documenting business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement in detail
Establishing end user acceptance criteria for applications developed
Coordinating the production of end user documentation for systems in operational use
Developing and maintaining end user training materials for custom applications
Designing and executing testing scenarios and scripts
UML exposure and RUP usage are highly desirable
Essential skills
Demonstrable experience writing requirement specifications for CRM Information Systems
Demonstrable experience creating supporting documentation for the development life cycle
Excellent presentational skills
Sound understanding of project methodology (eg Prince2, Agile)
Sound understanding of ITIL v3 methodology
