Description
A large consulting group is looking for a team of strong SAP HCM Payroll Consultants - with full life cycle implementations experience join the functional/blue print phase of global SAP HCM project. The client has operations across 4 continents and so is putting together a global project team. The main focus of the project (largest employee base) is South America, Africa and the US and is currently working through the functional blueprint and documentation for a global template localisation.This initial phase will go into the end of the year but the project is planned until Jan 2014.
SAP SKILLS NEEDED:
Minimum 3 projects of hands on SAP HCM Payroll configuration.
US SAP Payroll experience
Multi-site/Multi country implementation experience
Knowledge of the larger SAP HCM solution (PA, OM, E-RECRUITMENT, ESS MSS etc).
Must have strong SAP Payroll knowledge (detailed PCR's/schema knowledge and be able to build wage types for US).
Language skills - Fluent English is mandatory but Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish would be highly preferable.

Maintains senior management interest and buy-in to the process and provides real challenge and pace to a project.
Can build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders (HR) based on trust and credibility.
Able to give strong feedback and coaching to enhance the performance of client or team members in potentially difficult situations
