General knowledge/experience of the Business Analyst:
- Education level Master preferably in a economics or financial discipline or equal through
experience.
- Knowledge of banking environment and financial products are considered to be an asset.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within process design and project management.
Disciplines: COPAFITH.

Technical knowledge/experience of the Business Analyst:
No IT Tech knowledge required
Solution design Techniques and tools.
- Analytical, conceptual, creative, critical mindset, high degree of autonomy
- Pragmatic in approach: flexible, with good judgment on required level of detail
- Socially intelligent and sensitive to the environment"

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
Get the BT department operational by January 2013.
This involves, getting the department structure final with clear functional and hierarchical reporting lines for all staff involved globally; carving out the Financial Markets activities; making sure the 3 lines of defense model is intact; defining 2013 KPI's, adapting the committee governance where needed; external reporting.
