Description
Our client is a highly popular computer hardware manufacturer seeking a Developer to work on SharePoint and BI Reporting projects.
Responsibilities will include: Development in Microsoft Visual Studio Reporting Services, SQL, and SharePoint.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years related work experience
- Must have a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science with strong software skills
- Experience in development of SharePoint 2010 lists and reports and usage of SharePoint designer
- Experience developing reports using Visual Studio and the Business Intelligence Reporting Services
- Experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or higher with ability to create SSIS packages, cubes, custom views, tables, pulling data from SharePoint lists into SQL for creating specialized business reports in Reporting Services
- Strong problem solving skills and communication skills
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Advanced SharePoint 2010 development or certification
- Advanced reporting development of graphically appealing dashboards
- MBA or other business degree or knowledge across finance and project management portfolio systems
- SharePoint Portal Server
- Microsoft Performance Point Server, Analysis Services and Excel Services
- SQL Server services like Reporting, Notification and Integration
- On-line Analytical Processing (OLAP)
