Job Mission
Investigate and decide on standard components and materials which comply with the requirements of the production processes.

Job Description
- Material Request Production Engineer You are able to investigate all relevant information of standard components and compare them with the requirements of the requestor, while making sure that these parts do not contain a contamination risk, and that the supplier is capable to deliver to standards,
- You are able to check the reliability of the standard component and get proof from manufacturer or by performing additional tests,
- You are able to investigate all relevant processes at a possible supplier, which have impact on the organization and discuss the impact with all levels within the organization,
- Material Request Production Engineer will be able to investigate the request and its impact and guide the requesting project team to find the optimum solution
- You can analyze current projects and risks with eg Ishikawa diagram analysis, FMEA.
- You are able to set up procedures and WoW for eg process control, process maintenance, process ownership, publication and training purposes
- You are able to perform under height time pressure with a height frequency of interrupts as well as creative in finding solutions
- English is your second language
- You are able to present your opinion to all levels in the organization and are familiar with every detail.
- You have experience with computer applications as SAP, MS Office, Visio, Teamcenter.
- Material Request Production Engineer is willing to educate yourself in all required fields and keep up to date with worldwide developments on process management and control mechanisms.

Education
Material Request Production Engineer MBO with more than 5-10 years of experience or HBO with 2-5 years of experience with standard components in a cleanroom envirnoment. Relevant studies: mechanical/electrical/chemical/physics
Experience
Material Request Production Engineer must have 2-5 years of experience in:
- a production environment with high tech products and complex production processes
- theoretical and practical experience on (quality) process within large organizations (eg 8D, Six sigma, Ishikawa diagrams, task/responsibility Matrix etc.)
- experience with documenting your work for others
- express natural authority on the subjects in combination with good communication/human relations skills.

Context of the position
The Manufacturing & Logistics (M&L) organization states the following mission: plan, develop and maintain a global network of qualified suppliers and factories, which is capable of delivering lithographic systems, related products and services that exceed customer expectations regarding quality, lead time, technology and cost.

The Production Engineering department within this sector introduces new products and corresponding processes from Development into (Volume) production (including the system installation and qualification process at the customer location), continuously adapts and optimizes the production and installation processes and provides support in connection with the organization.

The Contamination Control Engineering group supports the factories in producing as clean as possible products with as low as possible contamination levels. Material Request Production Engineer will archive this goal all materials used in our products and production systems need to be reviewed on their impact on these contamination levels during production, assembly and use. The holder of this position reports to the Group leader EUV Factory Production Engineering Volume Engineering (EF ME VE).
