Description
We are seeking a Siebel Upgrade Specialist for Brussels.
As IT Siebel Applications Officer Specialist you are responsible, together with the whole team, for the set up and maintenance of a number of new environments (DEV, TST, QA, QAS, Prod). Secondly you are able to upgrade the installation scripts in order to meet maintenance window requirements and performance of the BNP Paribas Fortis Corporate & Public Banking Business IT Applications. The upgrade concerns the migration SIEBEL from 8.0 to 8.1.6 with impact on AIX (P7, Outlook (2010), Oracle (10g to 11g)
English language skills, knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.
This role will involve your ability to analyse and understand technical requirements that may have an impact on the operability and the support of complex banking applications, ability to work both in a team as well as autonomously and ability to work in highly pressurised environments.

- Sense of urgency in the resolution of incidents
At least 5 years of professional experience in Siebel CRM applications. (Financial Institutions)
Preferable:
- Knowledge of banking applications environment
- ITIL (v3) knowledge of 2nd and 3rd level support organisation of teams dedicated to specific platforms and software systems.
