SCOPE
-SCCM Distributions of packages (including troubleshooting)
-SCCM inventories and reporting (Software and Hardware)
-SCCM Scripting
-SCCM Imaging of Workstations
-Analyse and fix workstations tickets assigned to the Workstations Team (Level 2)
-Group the incidents in problems
-Escalade new problems to Engineering Team (Level 3) or Microsoft
-Write procedures for support teams (Help Desk and Level 1)
-Update knowledge base
SKILLS & COMPETENCES
Technical skills
-Very good knowledge of Microsoft Vista and Windows 7
-Very good knowledge of Microsoft SCCM
-Microsoft Office
-Microsoft Outlook/Exchange
-Microsoft Windows server 2003, 2008
-Symantec Firewall and Antivirus
-Applications packaging technologies
-Encryption technologies
-"nomad" solutions technologies (Cisco VPN, 3G, smartphones-Iphones)
-Microsoft technologies (AD, DNS,WINS) and middlewares (SQL, IIS, TS, Citrix)
-Knowledge of ITIL standards
-Knowledge of command line and VB Scripting development (system related, not application development) using ADSI/WMI (and other methods) to administer the environment
Competences
Languages
-Ability to write and document solutions, processes and procedures (in English)
-Ability to present the solutions to a technical audience, and to do hands-on
-Training sessions to architecture or operation teams
-Fluent in English both writing and speaking
-Fluent in French both writing and speaking
Experience/Others
-Working experience in a structured enterprise (more than 4 years)
-Experience of at least 2 years in a similar task is a requirement
-Stress resiliency, flexible time schedules
