Description
Our client is a hugely popular software brand seeking a qualified Software Test Engineer with a focus on MAC management testing work in a short release environment. The ideal candidate needs to ramp up quickly on SCCM and MAC OSx testing to be effective on the team. The candidate will start off with 100% manual testing, with some automation work depending on the aptitude of the candidate. The candidate will be working with technologies such as Active Directory, XML, MAC OSx, SQL Server. Day-to-day activities involve maintaining and executing MAC management test cases.
Tasks to include:
- Finding and filing bugs
- Adding test cases for any testing gaps show up
- Verification with developers' bug fix
- Fixing existing test automations
- Helping to write new automations
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with MAC OSx
- Experience with Software Testing
- 3+ years working experience in software testing
- Previous large software enterprise experience
PREFERRED:
- Experience with System Center Configuration Manager
- Experience with Testing Automations development
- Experience with C#, .Net
- Experience with SQL Server
This contract position is expected to be 3 months in duration with possibility of extension.
