MEDICAL STAFFING MANAGER VACANCY
2 MONTHS - LONDON
URGENT REQUIREMENT £350 A DAY
My client an acute trust in London is currently looking for a Medical Staffing Manager for a period of 2 months to start immediately
The Medical Staffing Managers Day to day duties include:
- Liaising and building rapports with trade union members
- Design and implement doctor rotas
- Providing advice and guidance to clinicians across departments on ER issues
- Lead on the recruitment for junior doctors
- Providing advice and guidance on disciplinary and grievances
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures across departments
The successful candidate must have Medical Staffing experience have worked within the NHS and also possess Generalist HR experience.
