Harvey Nash's highly regarded Investment Management client is looking for a Finance Project Manager to join their business on a 15-month contract. You will be responsible for managing all projects effecting the finance department and as such will need a mix of project management skills and knowledge of the workings of a finance function.

The responsibilities of this role include:
Managing and co-ordinating projects
Creating and issuing agendas, minutes and monitoring action plans
Carrying out ad hoc process and systems analysis
Providing recommendations for change across the business
Implementing short and medium term changes and contributing to inter-team process reviews
Overseeing production of ad hoc management information requests

Our client is going through a period of system and regulatory changes that affect the running of their business. This is an exciting opportunity whereby you will work on finance and ad hoc projects that affect the running of the finance department.

In order to successfully fill this role, you must have experience of; business project management, working within a finance environment, process and control development and working on multiple projects at the same time. You must have strong analytical skills, and may be from an accounting background. It is important you have strong communication and problem solving skills.
