Interim Sales Force Effectiveness Manager/Trainer

This rapidly growing Pharma company based in the Thames valley requires an experienced and effective trainer and facilitator with experienced in the field of sales force effectiveness and business analytics. This role requires an excellent SFE manager, who can enhance KAM strategies through top level project management. The right candidate will be highly skilled at cross functional working with various departments including Sales, Market Access, Commercial, HR, Training & Development, Marketing and Medical.

A highly operational role, to work with the Directors and First and Second Line managers, to deliver effective implementation of the cross functional field force strategy:
- Ensure effective implementation of Key Account Management, including ongoing process improvement
- Interface with Business Intelligence to ensure sales data are tracked and monitored against activity and reported in a clear manner.
- Help to roll out the launch of a new CRM system
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Datawarehouse and business information tools ensuring they meet the needs of the sales force.
- Contribute to ongoing analysis of field force structure, with an ability to make recommendations for future improvements and changes dependent on market conditions

This interim role is for an immediate start and offers an excellent daily rate and the opportunity to work for a leading and growing Pharma Organisation
