TITLE: SAP Basis Administrator (Transportation Management)
TYPE: 3+ month contract
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities:
- The SAP Basis system administrator finalizes post installation steps and configures ABAP and Java stacks as well BO and ESO. This role will solely own the SAP Transports functionality.
- Include new systems into the SLD's, into the LMDB, CHaRM, CUA, GRC; RFC and ALE models
- Schedule transports and release emergency transport in co-operation with the hosting provided and the DEV team
- Maintain the systems health and Monitor system performance and logs
- Manages SAP Spools
- Manages the scheduling of SAP batch jobs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Expert knowledgeable of SAP Transports
- 6-9 years related experience is required
- Preferred experience 8-12 years
- Expert communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in a Global organization is highly desired.
- Working knowledge of daily operations within the SAP Data Center
- System Administrator knowledge in SAP is required
